Frank Ogden, a Candian citizen, residing at 1525 Coal Harbour QuaySlip D-29, Vancouver, BC V6G-3E7, Canada, requests registration of the above-identified trademark, as shown in the accompanying drawing for:

DNA gene sequence to produce Frank Ogden or other prospective humans, clones, survival machines, or futuristic animals that are used to create ideas that are conveyed by talks, lectures and presentations at seminars, on talk shows, on television, on radio, at workshops, and at conferences, in the field of present and future events and trends, in class 041. in the United States Patent and Trademark Office on the Principal Register established by the Act of July 5, 1946 (15 U.S.C. 1051 et seq., as amended). The mark is a permutation of the gene sequence referred to as Frank Ogden’s DNA where the human shown in the drawing has had slight modifications from the environment but has substantially developed according to the Frank Ogden’s DNA code sequence.

Applicant has a bona fide intention to use the mark in interstate commerce on the above-identified goods (15 U.S.C. 1051(b), as amended) by implanting the gene in each biological cell in Frank Ogden or other prospective humans, clones, survival machines, or futuristic animals for the DNA to produce a neurological brain and central nervous system and accompanying organs and body parts.
